Hotel Interiors
Discovery Bay Misibis is located in Cagraray Island, Albay, and greatly offers its guests a unique exclusivity of the beachfront and the scenic beauty of the island itself.
This development comprises of the construction and interior fit-out of a main clubhouse, a reception center, and indoor activity center, and guest houses which comes in single, two (2), and three (3) storey villas which were fitted-out with sundecks and modernist interiors.
Master planning was made by the office of Ms. Lorie Borja of Duanne Quintal and Associates ( DQA ).

Holiday Inn Resort, Clark, Angeles
Holiday Inn Resort commissioned the design of interiors to Noel Bernardo of EC Studio to come up with this lovely new interiors for its front of house restaurant.
Using colored glass to interpret a modern interpretation of a fiesta scene, the designers used colored glass for the fascias, while natural stone and plain ribbon grain veneers were used for the counter panels.
Other materials such as tumbled mosaics for the flooring, custom hang lanterns, capiz mosaic wall accents were used extensively in the interiors of this new restaurant.

Main and Lift Lobbies, Clark Field – Angeles, Pampanga
Holiday Inn Resort in Mimosa Clark Pampanga recently undertook the complete renovation of its main and lift lobbies. Solid oak panels were used extensively as wainscot material and for the floor planks. Design was commissioned under EC Studio headed by Arch. Noel Bernardo.

Unit Room, Angeles City
In close coordination with the office of the project managers, Design Eleven headed by Engr. Raffy Malonjao and the designers EC Studio, the mock-up unit for the hotel has been created to serve as a guide for the proposed renovation of all the bedroom units in the hotel.

Makati Avenue, Makati City
Serving as another landmark in the financial district of the city is this new bar which was constructed as an annex building of the Mandarin Oriental Hotel Manila . This new bar was designed by Noel Bernardo of EC Studio with project management under Arch. Arnel Colcol. Quanitity survey was made by the office of Davis Langdon & Seah Philippines under Engr. Julie Dela Cruz. Very evident in the interiors are the extensive use of high-end fit-out materials such as wenge veneers, wall coverings and fabrics from Elements, italian stone countertops and furnitures from Las Palmas and special lights from Bespoke. Aquende Drive, Legaspi, Bicol
Hotel Venezia, Legazpi Albay offers the natural and scenic beauty of Mayon Volcano. The newly renovated hotel offers a wide range of accommodations with its 36-room bedroom suites, the Café San Marco and various function and meeting rooms which can accommodate almost 500 people.
The design was commissioned to DQA headed by Lorie Borja in cooperation with Ms. Raeanna Cranbourne of Raintree Development Corporation.

Mandarin Oriental Manila
Mandarin Oriental Manila headed by its construction manager Mr. Marc Ennis spearheaded the renovation of the interiors of Mandarin Deli. SSOA’s principal designer Ms. Sonia Olivares personally supervised and specified the new kinds of materials which were used during construction which are homogenous floor tiles combined with the warm tones of imported bricks. All wood and sash works are made of solid narra stained in wenge stain finish.
